Students: must be at least 18 years of age or must have a legal representative. Enrollment becomes effective at completion/submission of the enrollment form and with ExecuTrain approval via E-mail/Mail. ExecuTrain does not offer job placement service for students after completion of course or courses. Course dates and rates are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes regarding times and dates or need to reschedule. At completion of course you will receive a Certificate of Completion. We are an EEO employer and wheelchair accessible.
Payment Terms: Normal terms of payment are due upon receipt of invoice. A cancellation policy fee of 100% applies if the required notice is not given or student was a "no show".
Cancellation Policy: Students must cancel or reschedule at least 3 full business days (72 hours) prior to scheduled date for Office Productivity classes and a full 10 business days for Technical, Business Skills and Private Classes to avoid being responsible for the cost of the class, to receive a refund or to reschedule.
Class Times: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with 1-hour lunch break. Please plan to arrive by 8:15 AM. Student arriving after 9:00 AM may be asked to reschedule.
